Apart from loading system, Lyomac also build Rabs/Isolator system for different protection application.

Auto Loader RBR

Fixed row by row system for vials:

Ø  Designed for automatic vial convey from filler to freeze dryer pizza door, and convey to capper after unloading,

 vials push and pull with row by row. 

Ø  Optional equip with sterile isolator , Rabs system

Ø  Fully automatic running without manual operation

Auto Loader TBT


AGV loading system or fixed tray loader :

Ø  Designed for automatic load trays into freeze dryer through pizza door from filler or dosing 

    system (for bulk material/liquid), and convey to packing unit(for bulk material/liquid) or capper 

    after unloaded. Trays moving row by row

Ø  No change parts required, suitable for different vial size application

Ø  Best solution for sterile APl or other bulk material

Ø  Optional equip with sterile isolator, Rabs system

Ø  Fully or semi-automatic running
