LYOMAC production-grade freeze dryer systems are built for continuous, scalable sterile manufacturing for pharmaceutical factories, CDMO and large-scale food processing facilities.
Equipped with proprietary radiant shelf heating and innovative trayless tilting shelf design. Material can be directly placed on shelves without separate trays. After drying, shelves tilt automatically for simple bulk discharging, drastically reducing tray cleaning, sterilization labor and contamination risks.
Systems support integration with automatic vial loading/unloading frames, filling lines and aseptic isolators for fully closed production workflows, fully compliant with cGMP, FDA and Annex 1 standards.
