Lyomac Aseptic Isolators provide Grade A aseptic environment protection for freeze dryer loading/unloading. Using H14 HEPA filtration and VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) sterilization technology to ensure product sterility integrity during transfer.

SUB Door (Sterile Unloading Bay)

The SUB Door (Sterile Unloading Bay) is used for aseptic material transfer between freeze dryers and cleanrooms. Double-door interlock design ensures pressure differential isolation between different cleanliness zones, combined with VHP sterilization for safe aseptic material transfer. Suitable for connecting freeze dryer discharge end with downstream packaging lines in pharmaceutical lyophilization production.
